🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain end-to-end performance of applications, workloads, and environments
- Analyze performance data and act on negative trends to identify root causes
- Support and enhance systems to implement new business applications and technologies
- Deploy maintenance in Dynatrace for configuration items (CIs) during off-business hours
- Escalate and follow up with technical teams for issue resolution
