- Oversee end-to-end service delivery across multiple F&A accounts, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met
- Act as the single point of contact for client organisations, resolving delivery-related issues and fostering long-term partnerships
- Contribute to service line strategy, competitiveness, and growth initiatives
- Lead industrialised innovation efforts, including automation, process reengineering, and digital enablement
- Ensure adherence to contract terms, process controls, and regulatory requirements
