Capgemini is seeking a director-level Engagement Executive in Supply Chain Management with 15+ years of experience to lead Sales Order Management and Transportation within the Intelligent Supply Chain Operations (ISCO) practice. The role involves shaping future order management operations, driving technology-enabled processes, and integrating with transportation and logistics functions. Responsibilities include leading global projects, client engagement, process transformation, and team leadership to ensure efficient order fulfillment and continuous improvement.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead an ISCO engagement cross-functional, global projects managing scope, risk, results, and profitability
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the area of sales order management
- Drive process improvement and transformation using digital tools and automation
- Present confidently to client leadership and large audiences
- Develop and market new services and solutions in the order management space
- Strategically align people and resources to meet evolving market needs
- Implement effective recruitment strategies to build high-performing teams
- Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to learning programs
- Represent delivery in client pursuits and demonstrate strong delivery leadership
- Own the end-to-end sales order management process and ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment reporting
