🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage user access rights based on roles and responsibilities
- Implement and maintain security policies for identity and access management
- Monitor and audit access logs to detect unusual activity or potential breaches
- Support multi-factor authentication and password management systems
- Work with IT and security teams to ensure access controls are aligned with business needs
- Help onboard and offboard users securely and efficiently
✅ Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT security, IAM, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of access protocols, automation, and compliance

- Good understanding of IAM/UAM concepts
- Familiar with tools like Active Directory, Active Roles (Quest), Azure AD, ServiceNow
- Comfortable with access protocols like LDAP, SAML, OAuth
