  • Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for the Insurance Consulting practice, ensuring alignment with Capgemini Invent’s global objectives and market strategies
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of consultants, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the insurance sector, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Manage P&L responsibility of the Industry vertical and meet business targets and KPIs defined by Invent
  • Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, crafting compelling value propositions, and leading client pitches
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to provide insightful advice to clients
  • Ensure efficient management of the consulting practice’s operations, including resource allocation, financial performance, and quality assurance
