- Customize M3 solutions using tools like MAK (M3 Adaptation Kit), MEC, ION, and Smart Office SDK
- Design and manage integrations using Infor ION, APIs, and middleware
- Maintain and update system documentation and technical specifications
- Collaborate with functional teams for seamless integration
- Participate in upgrades, patches, and migration projects
