📋 Job Overview
As an Innovation PMO Project Coordinator at Capgemini in Mumbai, you will support the initiation and management of multiple product innovation projects for a leading CPG client, from concept development to launch. With 2-3 years of project management experience, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global environment to ensure projects stay on track, maintain quality, and meet objectives efficiently. This role involves end-to-end coordination, stakeholder alignment, and proactive challenge resolution within the CPG or FMCG industry.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end project coordination support for product and packaging innovation projects, including concept development, feasibility validation, R&D, business proposal, and approval
- Work closely with senior team members and assist in all day-to-day activities related to project execution
- Collaborate with all cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on overall scope, timelines, and objectives
- Facilitate all project update meetings, ensuring key decisions and updates are cascaded to all stakeholders
- Monitor project progress in terms of deliverables and milestones and maintain up-to-date records using project management tools and spreadsheets
- Ensure accuracy of information and collate all required inputs for completeness of project documents and supporting materials
- Assist in managing feedback loops, consolidating inputs to minimize iterations and maintain efficiency and effectiveness across projects
- Create and maintain all documents, including meeting minutes, presentations, and communication material
✅ Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in project management or coordination within a CPG or FMCG environment
- Familiarity with product and packaging innovation or new product development processes
