🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Leading requirement gathering sessions through methods like stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to capture functional, non-functional, and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs, user pain points, and strategic objectives
  • Translating complex business needs into functional specifications, ensuring clear communication between business stakeholders and technical teams for seamless solution delivery
  • Applying in-depth domain knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Commercial Insurance, or Personal Insurance to support the design and implementation of tailored solutions that meet client requirements
  • Facilitating change management processes, including user training, system testing, and post-implementation support, to ensure smooth transitions for stakeholders and end users
  • Creating and maintaining documentation related to business analysis activities, including user stories, process maps, user acceptance criteria, and business cases, ensuring transparency and consistency across project teams
  • Utilizing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques to identify the underlying causes of business problems, gaps, or inefficiencies in the insurance processes, providing actionable recommendations for improvement

✅ Required Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, or Process Consulting
  • Master’s degree in business administration
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on insurance domain projects, with deep understanding of industry processes, regulations, and technology applications specific to P&C Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Commercial Insurance, or Personal Insurance
  • Experience in driving process optimization, process improvement initiatives, and standardizing workflows to enhance efficiency and ensure consistency across insurance operations
  • Strong expertise in at least two or more areas of insurance: Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Property & Casualty Insurance, Claims Management, Underwriting, and Risk Management
