📋 Job Overview
Capgemini is seeking a skilled Java AWS Developer with 6-12 years of experience to join their IT team in Bangalore, focusing on microservices architectures and cloud platforms. The role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing software solutions using Java 8+, Spring Boot, and AWS, while working in the Australian shift (7AM-4PM IST). The developer will collaborate with teams to solve complex engineering problems and contribute to cutting-edge projects.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Apply scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems
- Responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance
- Exercise original thought and judgement and supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers
- Build skills and expertise in software engineering discipline to meet standard expectations
- Collaborate and act as a team player with other software engineers and stakeholders
- Work on development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions/applications

- 6 to 12 years hands-on experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud/containerized platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift and AWS)
