🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Legion WFM modules (Scheduling, Forecasting, Time & Attendance, Compliance)
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Configure auto-rostering and labour optimization features
- Integrate Legion with HRIS, payroll, and biometric attendance systems
- Conduct user training, create documentation, and support change management
- Apply scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems
- Develop and apply software engineering practices in research, design, development, and maintenance
- Exercise original thought and judgement to supervise technical and administrative work of other software engineers
- Build skills and expertise in software engineering discipline
- Collaborate and act as a team player with other software engineers and stakeholders
