📋 Job Overview

The Legion Workforce Management Consultant/Manager role at Capgemini involves leading the end-to-end implementation of Legion WFM modules, including scheduling, forecasting, time & attendance, and compliance. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Legion WFM modules (Scheduling, Forecasting, Time & Attendance, Compliance)
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into system configurations
  • Configure auto-rostering and labour optimization features
  • Integrate Legion with HRIS, payroll, and biometric attendance systems
  • Conduct user training, create documentation, and support change management
  • Apply scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems
  • Develop and apply software engineering practices in research, design, development, and maintenance
  • Exercise original thought and judgement to supervise technical and administrative work of other software engineers
  • Build skills and expertise in software engineering discipline
  • Collaborate and act as a team player with other software engineers and stakeholders
