📋 Job Overview
The Middleware Architect role focuses on connectivity and network engineering, applying engineering practices to advanced technologies such as wireless networks, IoT, 5G edge, and Telco Cloud. The position involves developing and integrating network systems and operations to meet client needs in complex environments. As a key contributor, the architect will manage projects, anticipate requirements, and lead teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and apply engineering practices in standards, protocols, application software, and embedded software for wireless, satellite, fixed, and enterprise networks
- Engineer connected devices, IoT, and device engineering solutions
- Build connected applications including 5G edge, B2X apps, and Telco Cloud
- Implement automation and edge compute platforms
- Integrate network systems and manage their operations
- Proactively understand and anticipate client needs
- Manage own agenda to meet agreed targets
- Look beyond immediate problems to wider implications
- Act as a facilitator and coach to move teams forward

- Experience acting as a key contributor in complex critical environments
