Capgemini is seeking a skilled MSD CRM Technical Consultant to design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. The role involves customizing D365, integrating with third-party applications, and delivering high-quality solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have 4-12 years of experience, strong technical expertise, and excellent customer-facing skills to support agile projects on-premise and in the cloud.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
- Resolve technical issues
- Integrate with third-party applications
- Design and develop Microsoft Flow, PowerApps and PowerBI reports
- Work on Office 365, Dynamics 365 and SharePoint APIs
- Handle marketing automation using tools like RESCO, Scribe, Kingswaysoft, Click dimensions
✅ Required Qualifications
- Worked on different CRM / XRM versions
- Implemented complete life cycle of at least 2 to 3 projects
- Experience in projects on premise/cloud, support, upgrade and migrations
- Must have worked on D365 customization and configuration
- Must have certified on D365
- 4-12 years of experience in MSD CRM

- Aware of mobility in CRM
- Knowledge of Unified Service Desk, CICD, customer insight, omnichannel, JS
