🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the network team to ensure high performance and collaboration with multiple stakeholders
- Design & implement LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, and wireless networks
- Implement and monitor network security measures; ensure compliance with standards like ISO and GDPR
- Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of complex network issues to minimize downtime
- Lead network-related projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope

- 12-18 years of experience in designing, deploying, and managing Network enterprise Datacenter
- Monitoring & performance optimization in utilizing tools like SolarWinds, Wireshark, and Cisco NMS to proactively monitor and enhance network performance
