🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure using Cisco, FortiGate, Checkpoint, and F5 technologies
- Provide senior-level support for network services including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and ISE
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Tier 3 issues escalated from support teams
- Lead capacity planning and performance optimization initiatives
- Create and maintain technical documentation including network diagrams and policies
- Participate in special projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Provide on-call support during escalations and emergencies, including weekends and holidays when required
✅ Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in business network and communication platforms
- Cisco certification (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE or equivalent)
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and enterprise devices
- Familiarity with MPLS, VRF, VPN, and security technologies
- Experience with FortiGate, Juniper firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, and Cisco Nexus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
