📋 Job Overview
The Next-Gen Network Architect role at Capgemini involves providing hands-on support for advanced networking technologies in a complex global network environment. As a top-level Wireless & DNAC Engineer, you will troubleshoot and resolve issues using expertise in routing, switching, and wireless systems while ensuring SLA compliance. 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for networking technologies including Riverbed WAN accelerators, Cisco IOS XR based systems, Netscout, Telco circuit technologies and related termination devices
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers and LAN switches
- Support and troubleshoot client and infrastructure wireless issues
- Create and manage incident tickets or requests, taking ownership and delivering within service level agreements
- Respond to events from network management tools or reported incidents using experience, documentation, tools and guidance from senior staff
- Resolve operational issues escalated from ACC Tier 2, ensure documentation and training for future Tier 2 resolution, and deliver work accurately within SLA timeframes
✅ Required Qualifications
- 4-12 years of experience in Wireless & DNAC
- Strong understanding of the Network OSI model and TCP/IP Protocol Suite
- Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP network routing, switching and Load Balancers
