- Administer and optimize DEM tools (SysTrack, Nexthink) for proactive monitoring and actionable insights
- Design and maintain scalable data architecture, including ELT pipelines and API integrations across enterprise systems
- Drive automation and digital transformation through advanced scripting (PowerShell, Python) and self-healing workflows
- Define and execute experience improvement strategies, partnering with stakeholders for innovation and scalability
- Lead XMO operations, ensuring collaboration, structured documentation, and knowledge transfer for long-term success
