🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure OFSAA ECM modules to meet business and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements
- Customize workflows, alerts, and case management rules within OFSAA ECM
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing OFSAA ECM implementations
- Conduct appropriate meetings/workshops to elicit/understand and document the business requirements using domain expertise
- Produce process and data models of the current and/or future state
