📋 Job Overview
Capgemini is seeking an experienced Azure Kubernetes Expert with 5-10 years of hands-on experience in AKS administration and optimization for a PAN India role. The position involves managing AKS clusters, automating deployments, ensuring scalability and security, and collaborating with development and infrastructure teams on CI/CD workflows. As a subject matter expert, you will mentor teams, guide architecture decisions, and implement DevSecOps practices to support cutting-edge cloud projects.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain AKS clusters in production & non-production environments
- Ensure stability, scalability, and security through proactive monitoring
- Automate deployments, upgrades, and operations using Terraform, Ansible, CDKTF
- Collaborate with dev & infra teams to support containerized apps and CI/CD workflows (Azure DevOps, GitOps)
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Kubernetes workload issues
✅ Required Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) administration & optimization
- Strong Azure Architecture expertise
