Capgemini is seeking a dynamic PLM Presales Leader with over 15 years of experience to lead pre-sales and solutioning initiatives in Product Lifecycle Management and digital twin solutions. - Leverage expertise as SME in PLM, digital twin/digital continuity technologies to provide strategic guidance and best practices
- Perform comprehensive assessment of client requirements and recommend tailored PLM solutions
- Create and conduct dynamic pre-sales presentations, demonstrations, and persuasive proposals
- Identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach and networking to expand services
- Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and client inquiries with detailed, customized proposals
- Collaborate with sales teams to formulate and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and market share
- Support creation of project plans, resource allocation, and risk management for timely solution delivery
- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to enhance client value propositions
ā Required Qualifications
- Bachelorās or masterās degree in engineering
- Minimum 17 years of experience in the PLM domain with expertise in related technologies and NPD/NPI processes
- Solid track record with at least one complete greenfield PLM implementation using Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE, PTC Windchill, SAP PLM, Oracle Agile, or ARAS Innovator
- Extensive exposure to pre-sales functions including deal creation, solution design, proposal crafting, and client presentations
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Outstanding problem-solving capabilities with a strategic and analytical mindset
- Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative team settings and independently

- PLM cloud migration and SaaS-based PLM solutions implementation and system administration/maintenance
- Experience on ALM platforms like PTC Codebeamer, Siemens Polarion, or other ALM platforms, and integration between PLM and ALM

- Robust comprehension of digital continuity concepts and their applications in PLM environments for system integrations
