📋 Job Overview
The Project Controller role at Capgemini involves acting as a business partner to manage project finances, analyze KPIs, and ensure compliance with financial standards. 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Act as a business partner with an operational mindset
- Manage relationships with Capgemini entities delivering contracts
- Report and analyze KPIs (WIPBIA, revenue, cost)
- Analyze budget vs forecast on project portfolio
- Monthly closing, revenue recognition, provisions, and variance analysis
- Interface with Delivery Controlling teams and ensure cost containment
- Update reporting tools and ensure compliance with financial standards
- Support coordination with Sales/Analyst teams for client offers
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audits
✅ Required Qualifications
- 2 to 15 years of work experience in project controlling
- Strong understanding of project controlling and financial statement impact

- SAP HANA (minimum 2 years hands-on experience)
- Advanced MS Excel (macros, data modeling, queries)
