- Collaborate with the Service Product Owner, Solution Architects, Marketing and Sales teams to develop content strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to produce relevant and impactful content
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in tone and style
- Work closely with subject matter experts to gather insights and translate technical information into easily understandable and engaging content
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels
- Stay updated with the latest content marketing best practices and apply them to enhance content quality and effectiveness
✅ Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in content creation, preferably in BPO or technology industry
