🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and assist project creation and amendment activities
- Analyse queries via emails and on tickets related to Oracle R12 / project setup and resolve them
- Coordinate process improvements with business
- Gather and document functional requirements
- Work with the internal managed services team on upgrades and enhancements
- Operate as a Finance specialist supporting small and medium sized Accounts and Clients
- Act on own initiative with respect to the main perimeter of the role
- Know when to seek guidance/escalate
- Organize development for self and junior team members

- Any graduate or post graduate degree from a known college / university
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles
