- Lead full-cycle delivery of automation and GenAI projects, managing scope, timelines, and success metrics
- Oversee cross-functional teams, guiding RPA developers, AI/ML engineers, and architects through technical execution
- Design scalable solutions using UiPath, Python, Azure, OpenAI, and custom frameworks, while managing costs and ROI
- Engage stakeholders proactively, translating technical concepts and presenting strategic updates to leadership
- Ensure governance and compliance, maintaining documentation and aligning with enterprise IT and security standards
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation and GenAI programs, from ideation to deployment, ensuring business impact and technical excellence
- Manage and mentor diverse technical teams
