📋 Job Overview
The Sr Associate role in the BSv organization focuses on Record to Analyze (R2A) processes, including record, report, and analyze functions. The position involves participating in or leading teams to achieve service levels and deliver high-quality, cost-effective finance services that drive business outcomes. Responsibilities include processing transactions, resolving issues, preparing period-end activities, reporting to financial controllers, and performing reconciliations using innovative technologies and methodologies.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Participate in or lead achievement of service levels and key measurement targets
- Deliver high quality and cost-effective service driving business outcomes
- Support customer-focused and compliant services through frictionless finance, processes, technologies, and methodologies
- Process non-complex to complex transactions
- Resolve standard process-related issues
- Prepare and finalize period and close activities
- Handle reporting including interactions with Client’s Financial Controllers
- Perform reconciliations
- Support experienced Finance specialists with progress reporting, task management, and documentation
✅ Required Qualifications
- Entry and mid-Junior level in a Finance Administration role

- Deepening knowledge of one or more R2A processes (record, report, analyze)
- Strong team player
