🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Developing high quality, scalable customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, requirements, and company goals
- Contributing to the entire development cycle (analysis, design, code, test, initial pilot/production launch, deploy, and production support)
- Identify opportunities for application optimization, redesign, and development
- Work in a multi-vendor environment and adapt to changing needs
- Staying current on new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements
✅ Required Qualifications
- At least 6+ years leading, designing, and implementing 3 to 4 Salesforce projects including digital transformations
- Experience with Sales, Service, and Experience clouds
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform, features, and governor limits
- Strong experience working with Visual Force pages, Lightning Web components, Apex programming
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Additional skills like SFS, CPQ, OMS, Omnistudio
- Strong experience working with integrating 3rd party systems with Salesforce and various web technologies like SOAP/REST
