🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end service delivery governance for SAP AMS
- Act as primary interface between ATG stakeholders and AMS teams
- Ensure SLA compliance, performance reporting, and escalation management
- Drive governance forums, dashboards, and KPI presentations
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes
- Manage enhancement portfolio, resource allocation, and demand prioritization
- Work with ATG CoE and SAP RISE teams for release planning and upgrades
- Optimize service quality and reduce ticket volumes
✅ Required Qualifications
- 14-16 years in SAP AMS service delivery and governance
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance & Retail modules and AMS processes
- ITIL v4 certification
