📋 Job Overview

Capgemini is seeking a director-level executive to lead SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for clients, focusing on growth and solution delivery. The role involves managing large-scale implementations, conversions, and rollouts while driving business KPIs in revenue and profitability. Additionally, it emphasizes building client relationships, talent development, and providing strategic guidance on SAP transformations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage SAP S/4HANA large transformation programs including Greenfield implementations, Brownfield/Bluefield conversions, and global rollouts
  • Drive and deliver business KPIs on revenue, profitability, and capability growth
  • Develop and maintain client relationships and manage all aspects of engagements
  • Consult and guide clients in bottom-up and top-down approaches for SAP transformations
  • Build client partnerships beyond SAP leveraging success of SAP deliveries
  • Build and develop talent across SAP S/4HANA capabilities and domains
  • Upskill and cross-skill employees to support new areas within the domain
  • Attract and hire talent using various sources and networks

✅ Required Qualifications

  • Managed global SAP Transformation Programs, ideally in S/4HANA, end to end
  • Strong functional or technical foundation in SAP
  • Worked at least a couple of years in a client-facing role at client site
  • Experience in people leadership role

  • Experience in Agile centric SAP deliveries
