📋 Job Overview
The SAP FI-RAR Consultant role at Capgemini involves leading the implementation and optimization of SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) to ensure compliance with IFRS 15 and ASC 606 standards. As a client-facing FI-RAR lead, the consultant will manage projects, configure revenue rules, handle data migration, and design end-to-end processes integrated with other SAP modules. This position requires strong expertise in SAP Finance and revenue recognition to deliver projects effectively within a collaborative team environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP RAR to support IFRS 15/ASC 606 compliance and revenue recognition processes
- Serve as client-facing FI-RAR lead with strong knowledge in OTC and RTR processes
- Plan the project in FI-RAR track to deliver the project as a RAR expert within the team
- Configure revenue accounting rules, event-based revenue postings, and contract management
- Ensure accurate data migration, testing, and reconciliation of revenue-related transactions
- Design end-to-end processes within RAR track and integration with other modules
✅ Required Qualifications
- 8-16 years of experience in SAP Finance with strong expertise in SAP RAR
- Deep understanding of revenue recognition standards (IFRS 15 / ASC 606)
- Hands-on experience with RAR configuration, integration, and data migration
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
