- Lead, design, configure, and deploy SAP FICO solutions across multiple geographies
- Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PS)
- Act as a finance process consultant with expertise in GL, AP, AR, AA, and Controlling (CO, PCA, CCA)
- Lead discovery sessions with finance stakeholders to map requirements into SAP solutions
- Provide guidance on accounting standards and tax requirements across geographies
- Understand country-specific tax, legal, and compliance procedures
- Manage financial close activities and performance reporting
- Conduct end-user training, create functional documentation, and support audit and compliance teams
ā Required Qualifications
- SAP Certified (FICO certified or Financial Accounting Certification)
- 12 to 16+ years of relevant experience in SAP FICO
- Experience with at least 3 end-to-end implementations
- Worked in Tier 1 companies
- Masterās in Finance or Masterās in Accounting
ā Preferred Qualifications
- ICWA or CA
- 20 years of experience
- SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting
- SAP Certified Application Associate - Management Accounting (CO)
