SAP FTM Capability Lead

📋 Job Overview

Capgemini is seeking a visionary SAP FTM Capability Lead to build and lead capabilities in newer SAP technologies, focusing on Finance to Manage (FTM) areas. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership for over 1500 professionals across India, and driving S/4HANA transformations in niche skills like cFIN, TRM, and RAR. This position requires deep expertise in SAP delivery, client engagement, and fostering talent development in a dynamic market.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Finance to Manage capability with knowledge of latest technology trajectory
  • Conduct client presentations and lead POC developments
  • Contribute to RFP responses and work with CoE and other enabling teams
  • Lead a capability of 1500+ people across multiple locations in India
  • Understand dynamics of capability planning and delivery in Finance to Manage areas
  • Define roadmap/strategy for SAP FTM considering market conditions and technological changes
  • Coach and create new leaders within FTM capability to drive practice initiatives
  • Interact with clients as necessary and provide support in deals for CoE Sales team
  • Work closely with Staffing/RMG and OPS teams as per needs

✅ Required Qualifications

  • 18+ years of experience in SAP delivery or S/4 transformation programs
  • Minimum 5 years in leading SAP FTM Capability
  • Niche skill certified in FTM
  • Experience in S/4 projects (implementation, roll-out, or conversion) in niche skills such as cFIN, TRM, RAR, DRC, besides FI and CO
  • Experience building capabilities on newer technology/trends
  • Experience managing talent aspiration and career path
  • Experience working with leadership teams to manage and deliver capability key topics and manage large team sizes
