📋 Job Overview

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Understand client business processes, current and future
- Map business processes to technologies being used
- Demarcate standard implementations from customizations or extensions
- Functionally customize the application
- Partner with application developers to design enhancements and extensions
- Work with business users to implement process changes
- Conceptualize business or technical solutions leveraging colleagues and partners
- Lead process improvements and 'as-is/to-be' analysis on business processes and/or IT
- Advise clients on implementation of one or more package modules
- Facilitate workshops
- Conduct integration testing and user acceptance testing
- Engage in and contribute to internal and external knowledge developments
- Act as an active member within technology communities

- Mastered at least one methodology in-depth
- Advanced knowledge of one or more business domains
- Advanced knowledge of one or more SaaS or package software solutions
- Maintain certifications on SaaS or Package Based solution and relevant methodology
