📋 Job Overview

The SAP HR Payroll Application Consultant role at Capgemini involves understanding client business processes and mapping them to SAP technologies, identifying standard implementations versus customizations. The position requires leading process improvements, conducting as-is/to-be analyses, and advising on package module implementations. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client business processes, current and future
  • Map business processes to technologies being used
  • Demarcate standard implementations from customizations or extensions
  • Functionally customize the application
  • Partner with application developers to design enhancements and extensions
  • Work with business users to implement process changes
  • Conceptualize business or technical solutions leveraging colleagues and partners
  • Lead process improvements and 'as-is/to-be' analysis on business processes and/or IT
  • Advise clients on implementation of one or more package modules
  • Facilitate workshops
  • Conduct integration testing and user acceptance testing
  • Engage in and contribute to internal and external knowledge developments
  • Act as an active member within technology communities

  • Mastered at least one methodology in-depth
  • Advanced knowledge of one or more business domains
  • Advanced knowledge of one or more SaaS or package software solutions
  • Maintain certifications on SaaS or Package Based solution and relevant methodology
