📋 Job Overview

The SAP Migration Architect leads global SAP S/4HANA system conversion deals, owning end-to-end solutioning and bid strategy. This role involves driving digital transformation using Selective Data Transition tools and collaborating with teams to deliver competitive solutions aligned with client needs. The architect also mentors consultants, supports delivery, and innovates within Capgemini's transformation programs.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP S/4HANA system conversion (Brownfield/Hybrid) deals globally, owning end-to-end solutioning and bid strategy
  • Drive digital transformation using Selective Data Transition (SDT) tools like SAP SLT, SNP, CBS, and promote Capgemini’s SAP assets
  • Collaborate with sales, account teams, and SMEs to shape competitive, scalable solutions aligned with client priorities
  • Present and defend solutions in client workshops, orals, and internal governance forums
  • Mentor consultants, support delivery engagements, and drive innovation across COE and transformation programs

✅ Required Qualifications

  • 9-16 years SAP experience with hands-on expertise in ABAP, BASIS, or SAP Technology Architecture
  • Delivered at least 2 SAP system conversion projects as a technical architect or SME
  • Deep knowledge of ECC to S/4HANA migration strategies, including SDT, sizing, and hybrid architecture
  • Strong delivery and presales experience in SAP AD projects, with client-facing leadership roles
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and experience in global delivery environments
