SAP OTC Capability Lead

📋 Job Overview

The SAP OTC Capability Lead role at Capgemini involves leading the Order to Cash competency, focusing on building capabilities in newer SAP technologies like S/4HANA and GenAI. The position requires setting strategic roadmaps, managing upskilling programs, talent recruitment, and providing functional support to projects while leading a large team across multiple locations in India. This leadership role emphasizes fostering knowledge sharing and contributing to sales and delivery initiatives in the SAP ecosystem.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Set up the roadmap and strategy for SAP Order to Cash Competency based on market demand and SAP focuses
  • Manage upskilling and cross-skilling of functional consultants through trainings, workshops, POCs, and knowledge sharing
  • Groom internal people in niche skill areas and young professionals for project work
  • Arrange functional support to troubled projects by providing required SME
  • Plan and recruit right team members based on demands and provide panel support for recruitment
  • Monitor the bench of SAP OTC people and deploy them in projects as billable by preparing them
  • Form functional communities with assigned leads and monitor upskilling, support, POD design, YP grooming, and billing
  • Build knowledge sharing culture among the team
  • Provide support in deals when sought by CoE Sales team
  • Work closely with RMG and other Competency Leads as needed

✅ Required Qualifications

  • 20 years of overall experience
  • 15 years of experience in SAP Order to Cash area
  • 18+ years of experience in SAP
  • Experience in delivery of S/4 transformation programs
  • Experience in capability building on newer technology/trends
  • Experience in managing talent aspiration and career path
  • Minimum 5 years in leading SAP Order to Cash Capability

  • Strong leadership skills to lead 2000+ people across multiple locations
  • Ability to do client presentations
  • Lead POC developments
  • Contribute towards RFP responses
  • Strong working experience on SAP OTC skills: SD, LE, TM, GTS, Vistex, CS, BRIM, IS Retail
  • Hands-on experience with new SAP Technologies: S/4 HANA, ATTP, exposure to GenAI
  • Good knowledge of new features in every version of SAP S/4HANA
  • Good integration knowledge with SAP functional modules
