🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the strategic roadmap and annual competency plan for SAP P2P, aligning with market trends and SAP innovations
  • Lead upskilling and cross-skilling initiatives through training programs, workshops, POCs, and knowledge-sharing platforms
  • Mentor young professionals for functional roles in delivery projects
  • Provide expert SME support to stabilize and guide troubled projects
  • Play key role in talent acquisition, identifying skill gaps, planning recruitment, and supporting evaluations
  • Manage resource deployment, monitoring bench strength and aligning consultants with project needs
  • Establish and nurture functional communities in domains like Ariba CIG, EWM, TSW, MM LE, WM LE
  • Cultivate culture of continuous learning and collaboration
  • Support new deals, pursuits, and pre-sales activities with functional insights
  • Partner with Staffing Team and other Capability leads for seamless operations
  • Demonstrate leadership in managing large teams
  • Engage clients through presentations, POC development, and RFP responses

  • Minimum 5 years experience in leading SAP Procure to Pay capability
  • Over 20 years of industry experience, including 15 years deep expertise in SAP P2P processes
  • 18+ years hands-on SAP experience
  • 5+ years leading S/4HANA transformation programs
