- Client Management – Act as the primary SAP delivery contact and maintain strong client relationships to align services with business needs

- Project & Resource Management – Plan and deliver SAP projects on time, manage global teams, and ensure skill alignment
- Performance & Optimization – Track KPIs, prepare reports, and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Financial & Strategic Planning – Manage budgets, profitability, and support account growth aligned with client goals
