- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, brokers, and supplier partners
- Ensure settlement activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
- Action requests and execute processes to manage settlement and funding activities through to completion
- Provide support to lending customers throughout their lifecycle
- Service and maintain products and services in line with customer Group policies and procedures
- Demonstrate care, empathy, and confidence in handling requests, decisions, tasks, and outcomes
- Build trust, take ownership, and act with integrity towards customers, partners, and brokers
- Adhere to key performance metrics and service levels
- Support business outcomes through exceptional service delivery
