📋 Job Overview
Capgemini is seeking a hands-on Senior Developer with 9-12 years of experience in UC Management applications for their Bangalore location. The role involves leading sustenance and development efforts for Unified Communication Management Applications, including servers, clients, and endpoints. Responsibilities include designing integrations, troubleshooting complex issues, and staying updated with industry trends in management standards.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead Sustenance & Development efforts for Unified Communication Management Application for UC Servers and Clients/Endpoints (Desktop, Mobile and Attendant console)
- Design, build and integrate Unified Communications Management Application – UC features & maintenance services, Configuration interfaces, Billing & Licensing management, VoiceMail Management and IAM(LDAP/AD)
- Implement and maintain complex Web based management application
- Hands-on with proficient programming skills across multiple languages (C++, C#,.NET,SQL Backend, JSON etc.)
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex and trivial bugs/defects, perform root cause analysis and implement short term fixes and long term solutions
- Stay with industry trends and latest in Management applications standards

- 9-12 years of experience as Senior Developer
- 5+ years in Unified Communications management application Sustenance, Development & integrations – Add/Mod/Delete Features and Services, Dialing plans changes
- Exposure and understanding of the EMS/NMS & FCAPS or similar automated monitoring solutions/products
- Proficient knowledge of web based management application
- Experience integrating with Active Directory using API's/SDK/Frameworks
