- Participate in or lead the achievement of service levels and key measurement targets
- Deliver high quality and cost-effective service that drives compelling business outcomes
- Support delivery of customer focused and compliant services through adoption of frictionless finance, processes, technologies, and methodologies
- Process non-complex to complex transactions
- Resolve standard process related issues
- Prepare and finalize period and close activities
- Handle reporting including interactions with Client’s Financial Controllers
- Perform reconciliations
- Contribute to the transformation agenda
- Act on own initiative within the main perimeter of the role
- Seek guidance/escalate when necessary
