- Configure and optimize ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping solutions for on-premises and cloud environments
- Develop and maintain custom patterns, probes, sensors, and MID Server capacity to ensure robust horizontal and top-down infrastructure discovery
- Administer Discovery schedules, reconcile results, and manage anomalies to uphold CMDB data integrity
- Define and enforce CMDB alignment with CSDM and enterprise data models, ensuring accurate CI relationships
- Integrate Discovery and Mapping with third-party tools (e.g., SCCM, cloud APIs), using REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams to accurately map business services; engage stakeholders in reviewing and validating service maps
- Monitor MID Server performance and scale deployments to match enterprise needs
