🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and technical specifications to create test plans and test cases
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Salesforce applications
- Validate custom objects, workflows, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and APIs
- Test Salesforce integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, marketing platforms, payment gateways)
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and admins to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce release cycles and sandbox refreshes
- Maintain test documentation and contribute to QA best practices

- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and declarative features
