📋 Job Overview

Capgemini is seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud CDP Developer to join their marketing technology team. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing customer data solutions using Salesforce CDP to enable personalized marketing experiences. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in data modeling, segmentation, and integration within the Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on Marketing Cloud and CDP.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data ingestion pipelines into Salesforce CDP from various sources (CRM, web, mobile, offline)
  • Develop and maintain unified customer profiles using identity resolution and data harmonization techniques
  • Create audience segments for personalized marketing campaigns and journey orchestration
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, privacy compliance, and campaign effectiveness
  • Optimize data flows and troubleshoot issues related to data ingestion, transformation, and activation
  • Implement and manage connectors between Salesforce CDP and Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and external platforms
  • Monitor and report on CDP performance, data quality, and campaign outcomes
