📋 Job Overview
The SharePoint Migration Architect role involves leading the migration of SharePoint on-premises environments to SharePoint Online, utilizing tools like Sharegate and PowerShell. The position requires hands-on expertise in SPFx development with React JS, Power Apps, and Power Automate, along with proficiency in migration factory processes. This is a senior role focused on custom business applications and ensuring seamless transitions for clients.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Migrate SharePoint 2016 content currently hosted on the AWS infrastructure to SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server Subscription Edition
- Re-platform rationalized custom functionality
- Lead migration resources and processes
✅ Required Qualifications
- 10 to 16 years’ experience in leading SharePoint on-premises and Office 365 SharePoint online Projects
- Experience in Custom Business Applications, SharePoint Migrations and development
- SPFx development skills mandatory
- Proficient in Migration Factory overall processes including migration scripts, migration enablements, and leading the migration resources
- Must have solved at least 1 migration project from SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online or SharePoint Online to SharePoint Online
- Must have worked in minimum 1 migration project
- Must have worked on minimum 1 project with SPFx and React JS
- Must have worked on Power Apps, Power Automate
