Capgemini is seeking a skilled Sprinklr Platform Consultant to configure and optimize the Sprinklr platform for enterprise clients, focusing on CCaaS Omnichannel, social media, and Contact Center Intelligence & Automation capabilities. The role involves direct customer collaboration to implement solutions, identify optimizations, and provide ongoing support. 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize the Sprinklr platform to meet client-specific business needs and use cases
- Collaborate directly with customers to ensure full utilization of Sprinklr’s CCaaS Omnichannel, social media, and Contact Center Intelligence & Automation features
- Proactively identify opportunities for platform optimization and deliver in-platform solutions to maximize value realization
- Document and communicate best practices, configuration guides, and solution designs
- Provide ongoing support and consultation as part of managed services or professional services engagements
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams including product, engineering, and customer success to ensure seamless delivery
✅ Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience in managed services, professional services, implementation, or technology consulting within the CCaaS industry
- 3-5 years’ experience in Enterprise Software consulting and/or technical configuration
- Hands-on configuration experience with the Sprinklr platform to achieve positive business outcomes
