- Accountable for BU Demand Fulfilment end-to-end, from demand capture to allocation
- Ensure fulfilment for Accounts and BU using available pool, roll-offs, and proactive hiring
- Track and publish Fulfilment Report
- Monitor ramp-ups and ramp-downs and facilitate associate movement across locations
- Interface and coordinate with Account PMO, Practice Staffing, BUC, and recruitment
- Perform data analysis and effective reporting on demands and fulfillment status
- Represent BU in RMG Calls
- Manage Roll-offs within BU and create Roll-off reports
- Manage internal rotation within BU across geographies
- Conduct trend analysis of productivity ratio and suggest improvements
- Comprehend margin improvement plans and suggest enhancements for critical KPIs
- Assess BU Demand and Supply situations and suggest solutions

- Prior experience in a similar role
- 1 to 2 years of experience
🛠️ Required Skills
- Good working knowledge of FS GBU applications and processes – R2D2, Clarity
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel / PowerPoint)

- Expertise in MIS Reporting and Database
