🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strategic supplier relationships, manage contractual relationship, to deliver continuous improvement in delivery of goods and services by the supply base
- Responsible for day-to-day Opex & Engineering supplies and services procurement & managing AMC of the same
✅ Required Qualifications
- 4 to 10 years of Experience in Indirect Procurement category
- Experience of managing Engineering & Maintenance related procurement in similar type of IT/ITES Industry
- Experience of managing AMC’s and upgradation projects related to Solar plants, EV Chargers, Chillers, AHU, HVAC, FAS, CCTV, ACS, UPS, Gen sets etc.
- Hands-on experience in managing Opex procurement for Facilities and Engineering projects
- Experience of handling Contact Management, Indirect Procurement / Purchase, Vendor Development and Consolidation, Supply Chain Management
- Experience of handling RFI/RFQ/RFP, Spot Buy for facility management related supplies and services
- Well versed with Procurement Process like Purchase Requisition/Shopping cart, Purchase order issuance etc.
- Ensure Vendor compliances
- Stakeholder management
