📋 Job Overview
The role involves serving as a SAFe Scrum Master to facilitate Agile and SAFe practices within software engineering teams at Capgemini. Responsibilities include coaching teams, leading SAFe implementation, coordinating Scrum ceremonies, and driving change management to align with business objectives. 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile Practices: Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services
- Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, Iteration Planning, System Demo and other SAFe events
- SAFe Implementation: Lead the implementation of SAFe practices across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
- Team Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the Scrum Team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and progress
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track the team's progress and identify areas for improvement
- Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of Agile and SAFe methodologies across the organization
- Apply scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems
- Responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance
- Exercise original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers
✅ Required Qualifications
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification
- Certified SAFe
- CSM or PSM certification
- More than a year of relevant work experience
- Solid understanding of programming concepts, software design and software development principles
