- Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of UKG Pro WFM and WFD modules
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Design and implement timekeeping rules, pay policies, accruals, and scheduling workflows
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using UKG reporting tools
- Provide training and support to end-users and administrators
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring data integrity and compliance
