📋 Job Overview
As a WLAN Test Engineer at Capgemini, you will validate WLAN solutions and ensure the stability and reliability of networking products through protocol and system-level testing. You will collaborate with development and QA teams to automate workflows, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality wireless networking solutions. This role involves both manual testing and automation scripting to support scalable growth in Consumer Products and Retail Services organizations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Perform protocol and system-level validations for WLAN solutions
- Conduct manual testing of networking products with a focus on WLAN and networking protocols
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Python to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and quality
- Analyze test results, identify issues, and drive resolution through effective debugging
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation frameworks
