🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules
- Develop and manage compensation plans including base pay, bonuses, merit, equity, and one-time payments
- Create compensation packages using grades, grade profiles, and eligibility rules
- Support annual compensation cycles including merit, promotions, and market adjustments
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure compensation alignment for new hires
- Monitor and maintain data integrity in Workday HCM related to compensation
