🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules
  • Develop and manage compensation plans including base pay, bonuses, merit, equity, and one-time payments
  • Create compensation packages using grades, grade profiles, and eligibility rules
  • Support annual compensation cycles including merit, promotions, and market adjustments
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure compensation alignment for new hires
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity in Workday HCM related to compensation
