📋 Job Overview
The Workday Integration Lead/Manager role at Capgemini involves designing, developing, and configuring integrations for Workday HCM and other enterprise systems to support client business processes. 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze integration requirements from stakeholders
- Design scalable and maintainable integration solutions using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation
- Develop custom scripts and transformations using XSLT, Java, or Groovy when needed
- Build and test integrations between Workday and other systems (e.g., payroll, ERP, time tracking)
- Configure integrations within Workday using native tools
- Ensure integrations are secure, efficient, and compliant with data governance standards

- Experience in software engineering, including development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions
- Ability to apply scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems
